I’ve found the best way to reduce tummy fat is to start adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet. Once I did that, I lost a tremendous amount of weight, feel great, and have never looked back!

Start by adding foods to your diet that are healthy and contain necessary nutrition such as: apples, spinach, broccoli, and oranges. If you hate eating those types of foods, try blending them up or juicing them to make it easier to digest.
